Learners are introduced to healthcare clinical workflow, safety and infection control, procedures / examinations, devices used for detecting and monitoring medical problems, pharmacology, and information technology that is utilized within a healthcare system. An overview of legal and ethical issues, and inter-collaboration are explored that further influence care within a healthcare discipline.
