CDC 115 - Chemical Dependency Treatment Process 3 cr.

The Chemical Dependency Treatment Process course addresses the historical, biological, psychological, and social aspects of alcoholism, substance abuse, tobacco use/abuse, and the treatment process. Students will explore chemical dependency treatment in contemporary society, with an emphasis on direct practice skills as they apply to all areas of treatment in the field of alcohol and substance abuse. Pre and/or Corequisite: CDC 113.
